Summary:
In the shore town of Sea Breeze, Sadie discovers that fame is nothing in the face of passion. A steamy read from bestselling author Abbi Glines.

Sadie White’s summer job is at the beach, but she won’t be working as a lifeguard. Since her mom is pregnant and refuses to work, Sadie will be taking over as a domestic servant for a wealthy family on a nearby island.

When the family arrives at their summer getaway, Sadie is surprised to learn that the owner of the house is Jax Stone, one of the hottest teen rockers in the world. If Sadie were normal—if she hadn’t spent her life raising her mother and taking care of the house—maybe she’d be excited about working for a rock star. But she’s not.

Even though Sadie isn’t impressed by Jax’s fame, he is drawn to her. Everything about Sadie fascinates Jax, but he fights his attraction: Relationships never work in his world, and as badly as he wants Sadie, he believes she deserves more. Yet as the summer stretches on, Jax’s passion leaves him breathless—and Sadie feels like the only source of oxygen.

Can their love overcome the disparity in their lifestyles? One breath at a time, they’re going to find out…
My Review:
I honestly don't think there will ever be a book that Abbi Glines writes that I don't adore.  I love her romanticism in writing.  I've said it before and I'll keep saying it, she KNOWS how to write a sexy love story.  This was a fun, feel good kind of story.  I don't have anything earth shattering to say because it's not a very deep story.  It's about two young people from completely different worlds and situations who find themselves extremely intrigued and attracted to one another.  I loved the setting of a private island off the coast in Alabama (hello, it's my home state and Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are home to some of the most beautiful beaches around, second only to Florida beaches IMO).  So the fact that Jax Stone's wealthy family vacations there to get away from the cameras and the fame is definitely believable!  "Sure, this is the South, Jax.  Things don't change here often.  Time kind of stands still."  He nodded in agreement.  "I know, it's part of the reason I love it here.  No one is in a hurry."  This story had a Cinderella feel to it, okay maybe only because of the fact that Sadie is a maid, gardener, cook, etc... of the summer time help for the family.

Sadie isn't your average 17 year old.  She has had to become an adult far faster than most girls her age due to her extremely immature and lazy mother.  Sadie is humble too, and because of always being belittled by her mother she doesn't see herself as very beautiful or interesting, and that's her comfort zone, to be invisible.  The boys of Sea Breeze see her as anything but invisible.  Jax Stone is just as enamored with her beauty and innocence as the rest of them.  But he has wealth, fame and charm to throw in the mix.  However Sadie is not impressed with his wealth or fame.  There's more to Jax Stone than all of that though.  He's just forgotten that side of himself because of the life he lives in the public eye.  This is a story of discovery and rediscovery.

The one thing I didn't like is learning that the rest of the Sea Breeze series is about different characters each time.  I'd like to stay in the Jax and Sadie world for another book!
