Top 10 - Books I Wouldn't Mind Santa Bringing Me

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly post hosted by The Broke and The Bookish.

With Christmas fast approaching and over 100 books on my wish list for others to purchase for me (not all of my TBR books make it on that list), I have high hopes that I will get some of my highest priority books!

I'm cheating slightly by adding a few series as 1, but it's my Top Ten so I can make the rules as I go.

The absolute highest priority book(s) that I'd like Santa to bring is:
Of course I've read these but I borrowed them from others or checked them out at the library so I very much would like my own copies.

Next on my list would be:

Have you noticed a recurring theme? Next is:

For the rest, in no particular order of preference:

The Matched series by Ally Condie:

A Dance with Dragons by George R. R. Martin:

I MUST read this before the movie comes out! Safe Haven by Nicholas Sparks:

Daughter of Smoke & Bone by Laini Taylor:

Alice in Zombieland by Gena Showalter:

Beautiful Disaster by Jamie McGuire:

and lastly so I can finally finish this series, Finale by Becca Fitzpatrick:

Honestly I'd be super happy about any of the books off my wish list, but these definitely rank in the top.

What books make your Top Ten this week?  Leave me a link so I can check them out!
As always, thanks for stopping by!!

  1. Oh awesome list! I want so many of these books too. I'm always so eager to read Cassie Clare books that I buy them on my kindle but then wish I had a hardback copy for my shelf! Also, I hadn't heard about Alice in Zombieland before. However, I am currently obsessed with zombies. This book has totally just made my TBR pile! I hope you receive some of these treasures for Christmas!

  2. Love the list. So many here that I want to read! I haven't read any of the Hush Hush books but have the first three sitting on my bedside table waiting on me to get around to them.

And a Nicholas Sparks book I haven't read! I should get on top of that! :P

Great list :) I hope Santa brings you plenty of great books to read this Christmas.

  3. Indeed, Awesome list! :D I tried The Mortal Instruments before, but I didn't really like it... it felt like a Twilight V2 but maybe you'll appreciate it :D A movie adaptation of it is about to come out soon, too :D

Hope you get all of these ^_^

    Followed you as well :)

  4. I really need to reread The Mortal Instruments series. It's not necessarily one of my favorites, but I did think the story was pretty interesting.

  10. Honestly: ALL great choices & how brilliant are you to wish for series?! I certainly wouldn't mind getting both books 2 and 3 of The Infernal Devices series but they didn't make my TTT this week...I ran out of room :D Thanks for sharing & I hope you get all these books for the holidays!

  11. Oh I forgot about the matched series, and beautiful disaster. Great choice of books. The Mortal Instruments I also need to look into before city of bones comes out. So much to read, so little time.

  12. Oh my gosh, I also want your whole list. Please just send a second copy to Santa for me ;) Though, unlike you I haven't done the Mortal Instruments yet. Eek. Now if I had the boxed set laying around...I'd totally be able to get on that! ha.
