Feature & Follow {44}

This week's question:
Pick a book in your favorite genre that you'd recommend to a reluctant reader.

This is one of those hard to answer questions because I have varying tastes when it comes to "favorite genres". I find I go through periods where all I read are YA paranormal romances, and then I'll tire of them and switch to only reading YA or NA contemporary romances and then switch again to YA or NA dystopian or sci-fy. Some reluctant readers might be totally turned off by Romances and others want to gag on anything sci-fy or roll their eyes at dystopians. Sigh...How about I make it easy on myself, and all of you reading, and say these were my favorite reads (so far) in 2013 that I'd recommend to a reluctant reader in various genres.
