Answer this week's question in your own blog post.
This week's question:
You can only eat one cuisine type for the rest of your life. Which would you choose? (E.g. Italian, French, Greek, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, etc...) - suggested by Journey Through Fiction
Hmm...Of all the cuisine types out in the world I would probably have to go with Mediterranean. First of all Mexican all the time would have my stomach in turmoil, Italian all the time would have me fat (too much pasta!), Indian - BLECH!, Chinese (though I love) isn't something I'd want all the time. But Mediterranean has a ton of healthy and fresh (clean) options to enjoy. From salads, soups to sandwiches, cold to hot dishes, I love it! I'm now craving Taziki's Cafe. So thanks.
As this is a follow hop, I prefer follows by way of GFC, Facebook, Email and lastly Bloglovin'. Be sure to comment with how you followed so I can return the favor!
Heehee! Yeah, I wasn't thinking about weight gain when it came to choosing. That would be a problem. But since this is an imaginary world where I'd eat only one cuisine for the rest of my life, I'm saying in this world there is no such thing as weight gain! LOL!

I've never tried Mediterranean food before but I'm sure it's great! I'd choose Italian. I'm an old follower.

I have never tried Mediterranean but I didnt like your assumption about Indian cuisine. I don't know what you tried but this cuisine is so vast and varied that we can't categorize it easily. For example, I am an Indian but still I can't claim to like everything in this cuisine, say the sweet recipes they make in some parts of Gujarat in India are definitely not a favourite.
ReplyDeleteBut still, given a choice to choose only 1 cuisine I'd go with Indian cuisine because it is so vast and varied that one lifetime is not enough to try everything. So it will keep the foodie in me entertained until that day I die. LOL
