This week's question:
Do you like fantasy or realistic books?
If realistic fiction equates to contemporary fiction, then I would say I like both fantasy and realistic books equally. I go through spurts where I'm craving all things fantasy...and then things get boring for me and I switch back to contemporary fiction and eat up a bunch of those. Back and forth I constantly go. But there's a bunch of labels that fall in between those, isn't there? Sci-Fi, Dystopian, Paranormal, etc... I'm all over the map with what I enjoy reading. It's more about the characters and how I relate to them as to whether I enjoy the book or not. The fictional worlds and situations are like icing on the cake if the characters are interesting and strong.
