Fashionable or Not? - ThredUp

Fashionable or Not?

For this fifth installment of my Fashionable or Not? feature I'm going to share about about a clothing website I recently learned about. You may recall in my first Fashionable or Not? post I talked about how I rarely, if ever, purchase clothing, shoes and accessories at full price. I'm always looking for a coupon to use on top of a great sale price. Well this newest-to-me site is perfect! It's addicting. Be forewarned!

A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine who lives in the southwest U.S. posted on Facebook about a website she frequently shopped online from called ThredUp with a 40% coupon code (I'll share that in a bit for ya'll). ThredUp is an online consignment shop that resells "gently used" and/or "new with tags" name brand and designer clothing for women and children at up to 90% off cost. There's free shipping on orders over $70, otherwise a flat shipping rate of $5.99. There's a free return option for items you don't like. And the styles and brands - way too many to see in one sitting or even two for that matter.

My first order through them I got my daughter a skirt, a dress and a shirt and got myself a pair of Nike workout shorts and a dress. All for $44!! Seriously! It. Was. Awesome! It came packaged all nice and cute, almost identical to how Stitch Fix packages are shipped to you. See below for a few pics of our order.

If ya'll love shopping online too and want to get in on this GREAT deal, follow these two referral sites to maximize your savings.

Step 1. Join up at ebates.com, since ThredUp is a partner with them, you'll earn 2.5% cash back by linking through ebates first.

Step 2. Join up with ThredUp. (you'll get $20 to use when you sign up through this referral link)

Step 3. After signing up for both accounts, be sure to start through your ebates account first and search for ThredUp to begin shopping AND earning cash back. If you don't go through ebates first you won't earn that 2.5% cash back.

Step 4. Save 40% on your first ThredUp order by entering this code at checkout, 40NP. (existing customers won't be able to use this code)

If you give it a try let me know!
