Summary:
An unexpected affair leads to mind-blowing harmony in this Sea Breeze novel from New York Times bestselling author Abbi Glines.
Jason is sick of living in his rock star brother’s shadow. So when he ships off to Sea Breeze, Alabama, he’s looking for a much deserved escape and a chance to blow off some envious steam. Falling for the local bad girl was definitely not the plan. But as the new duo enjoys some naughty fun in the Alabama sun, Jason learns that even though Jax is the musician in the family, he’s not the only brother who can rock someone’s world.
MY REVIEW:
Abbi Glines does it again! And by "it" I mean a hot, contemporary romance story. She's the queen - sharing her throne with a few other of my favorite romance authors (Colleen Hoover to name one). Although not earth shattering in a way that made me begging for more, this was a delicious story that you'll eat up!

Misbehaving follows the story of Jason Stone, the brother of rocker Jax Stone from book one, Breathe. Jason has lived in his celebrity brother's shadow - though he doesn't complain. He has his pick of any woman he wants. The meaningless hookups have grown old though and as he grows weary of living the life his mother wants of him - Harvard student being groomed to be a politician, he decides to take a much needed break in Sea Breeze, Alabama. While there he meets a bad girl named Jess. Yeah - their chemistry is hot. But thankfully there's more to Jess than a pretty face and incredible body.

One teeny tiny continuity issue early on that I saw that annoyed me. There was a reference to the location of Jess' house - as she's giving directions to Jason and she says (location 75 of 3530) it's the "third house on the right." Not very far later (location 102 of 3530) Jason is still driving Jess home (same trip home mind you) and it says "third house on the left".

If you've enjoyed the other books in the Sea Breeze series then you won't be disappointed. What can be better than the beach and hot guys?!? I mean....seriously.

Check out my other reviews from this series:
Book One: Breathe (4.5 stars)
Book Two: Because of Low (4 stars)
Book Three: While It Lasts (4.5 stars)
Book Four: Just For Now (4.5 stars)
Book Five: Sometimes It Lasts (3.5 stars)
Book Eight: Hold On Tight - I read this one out of order cause....it's Dewayne, and I HAD to. (4 stars)

Favorite Quotes:
"Jess, if guys don't open doors for you, then they aren't worth your time."

I was pretty sure I understood the word "swoon" finally.

"You're a better person than I am. Actually, than most people I know. You're thoughtful and kind. It's one of the things that I find so insanely attractive about you."

Final Rating - 3.5 stars
