RECAP OF WEEK:
MONDAY:

THURSDAY:

So my last Sunday Post was May 21st. I had not realized it had been so long! Initially it was because I wasn't getting any new books for awhile and didn't feel I had much to say other than that we were thoroughly enjoying summer break. But then I think time got away from me. I have got quite the number of books over the summer, many of which are ARC's. We haven't done anything major this summer but it's been an enjoyable one and in June I was able to read more books than normal. My daughter recently sprained her ankle so she has been crippled on crutches for a little over a week now and not able to go to volleyball and basketball summer practices so she is miserable which makes me miserable for her.

In other exciting news, today is my birthday! We celebrated on Saturday with my parents swimming and eating one of our favorite homecooked meals: Mexican!! And a birthday is not a birthday in our family without birthday cake!! Mmm-mm!

Oh I love my sweet girl and don't at all mind her being with me all the time. I just hate it for her that she is unable to go to bball and vball practices and she even missed her first vball scrimmage game because of her injury. She's so sad so it makes me sad for her. :-( Thanks for the well wishes for her!
