Feature & Follow is a weekly post hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read . "The goal is to increase followers and make new friends." Q. If you could only have ONE - one book - for the rest of your life, Don't Cheat!, what would it be? The Bible.  This one precious book holds the keys to life and death.  Written over a period of 1500 years and at least 39 authors, it tells one story, all leading up to one amazing act in the history of the world, the greatest thing that ever will happen on this earth: the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ.  There's action, romance, battles, kings, princes, evil and good.  And it's REAL.  Don't get me wrong, I LOVE fiction!!!  That is where my reading preferences are, but the one book I simply can not make it through this life without, is the Word of God. 2 Peter 1:3 "By his divine power, God has given us everything we need for living a godly life.  We have received all of this by com...

Waiting on Into the Still Blue

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly post hosted by Breaking the Spine . Each week bloggers participate to share a book not yet released that they can't wait to get their hands on. Ever have one of those incredibly stressful mornings, one where you are running late to take 2 kids to school, schools that are in opposite directions about 20 minutes apart?  By 9:00am this morning I felt like I needed a total redo of my day.  It is because of this that I'm totally cheating and copying my sister-n-law's (Sandy @ Somewhere Only We Know ) choice of book today.  I don't think I've featured it yet as a WoW choice and I couldn't agree more that I'm dying to know what happens next with Perry and Aria. Into the Still Blue (Under the Never Sky #3) by Veronica Rossi Expected Publication: January 28, 2014 Buy Link: Amazon The earth-shattering conclusion to Veronica Rossi's "masterpiece" Under the Never Sky trilogy and sequel to the  New York...

Feature and Follow is a weekly post hosted by Parajunkee and Alison Can Read . "The goal is to increase followers and make new friends." Q. Share something you've learned about book blogging or just blogging in general in the last month. I can't think of anything in particular I've learned over the last month but I will say over the summer I discovered the glorious tool of scheduling posts (I know, I know....took me 8-9 months to figure it out).  Discovering that really rocked my blogging world!  Now I don't feel so stressed to get a post up because all of my reviews are done and scheduled at least a month in advance (which for some of you is nothing compared to how far in advance you schedule yours).  The meme's I participate in each week typically are done the day they come around. What about you?  Share your blogging lessons with me! For following please one (or both) of the below preferred methods by clicking on the picture: ...
